fantastic stay!
excellent location super clean room breakfast choices refreshing pool
The location was excellent, a definite plus. everything was super clean, i really appreciated that. breakfast had many choices. It was really nice. the pool felt very refreshing after a day out.
the music at the rooftop bar was a bit loud, a slight distraction for some.

the room had teak panels. it was twice the size of other hotel rooms i saw on my trip. this spaciousness really added to the comfort, especially when traveling with more luggage.

I was charmed by the breakfast area. It had ample space. The options were superb TOO. The adjoining feature in my room was GREAT for the younger ones. Helen was really good. She ensured we had a fantastic experience.
The elevators were slow. I had to wait a while. The rooms seem poorly soundproofed. I could hear noise from the elevator. I returned to my room at 4 pm one day. It was yet to be made up.

airport pickup helpful receptionist good location small vanity thin linens shifting linens
the free airport pickup service was useful with a friendly driver. ruby, the receptionist, gave a helpful introduction to the hotel. the hotel's location is close to the beach and convenient.
the vanity around the sink was quite small. it was difficult to fit even one toiletry bag comfortably. i found that the bed linens were quite thin and shifted easily during the night.

The location is fantastic. The beach is just a short walk away. the rooms are modern and kept very clean. the staff were helpful and always friendly. i found the service excellent. I felt very welcome .
The rooftop bar music was a bit loud. I would prefer a more relaxing vibe during the day.

great location helpful staff lovely afternoon fresh food
the hotel location was near the beach. i booked a beautiful twin room and the staff helped a lot. my kids liked the pool everyday. the afternoon tea was a bonus. breakfast includes options with fresh food.
music at the roof top bar a little loud, not so relaxing.
